totally awesome stay!!!

spacious rooms lovely courtyard

i stayed for several days! the hotel staff were AMAZINGLY helpful, and i loved the spacious rooms. i spent time relaxing in the lovely courtyard and even took a quick dip in the swimming pool to cool off. it was all so comfy. i definitely recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!!!

hotel transport general manager excellent service welcome drink

The hotel provided transport to the airport in a luxury Toyota Alphard. I was greeted at the lobby by the general manager with other managers upon arrival. The check-in process occurred inside the room. Welcome fruits, chocolates, drinks, and snacks were available, and they were replenished daily.

The website advertised an all you can eat buffet with a drinks package, though it was unavailable. The courtyard bar opened late. Access to the Long Bar had a long queue. No other bar was open for hotel guests only.

The room was upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom suite. It included a private balcony and excellent amenities. The minibar had complimentary beverages, excluding alcohol. This was a nice perk.

The staff was very polite, courteous, and friendly. This. The butler system had well-trained staff who aimed to. They cared.
